Venomous/Non Ven Reptiles ?

As far as possession limits, some info is at the TX Department of Parks and Wildlife web site--look under nongame regs; they also have a short FAQ associated with it that briefly mentions breeding (as I recall). These regs pertain only to native species, however.

For more specific guidance, you'd be better off checking county/municipal codes. There's a web site out there which allows you to search for your specific locality's codes. I can't remember the name of the site, but maybe someone here can.
