Take it to a vet that knows reptile, and get it probed.

either a technique called "popping" which isn't 100% accurate & probing which is the best way. I have never probed because I am still nevours about hurting the animal

Have someone who is experienced (vet, breeder, etc) pop or probe them. If done improperly can cause damage.
