I haven't been here for months, but I just wanted to drop by and say hi. I'm still in China, and I have a couple more months to go. It's been really fun here. Lots of homework and tests, but I've had the opportunity to see giant pandas, go mountain climbing, and visit famous Buddhist structures. I haven't seen any herps though except for at the supermarket. Ironically, they looked a lot healthier than the herps we all see at Petco or Petsmart. :-x
My mom is helping me take care my leos right now. It's funny because she originally agreed to help me out with something she knew was important to me. But now my leos have turned her into a genuine herper. She spends at least an hour everyday just taking care of my leos. All of my leos are extremely sweet-natured; you can't resist their cuteness. My mom's become pretty familiar with each one's personality. Her favorite is Tommy. I don't know if you guys kept track of my past leo stories, but he is the first baby leo I ever owned, being about a month old when I got him. He's the one who escaped for a few days. He's also the free leo the bad breeder gave me to compensate for selling me a sick leo, but then he also turned out to have coccidia although it never reached a disease stage.

Okay, so that's Tommy. A more recent picture of him is below. My mom's trying to negotiate with me now, because she loves handling him. She was saying to me the other day, "You know, maybe you should let me keep Tommy." lol
She's found a couple of egg clutches (to my surprise) soon after I left. I didn't expect eggs so soon, but luckily, I'd already prepared the incubator in advance. They belong to Rosie, who is my biggest female. The first clutch looks good, but the second clutch doesn't sound like it's fertile.
Anyway, I can't wait to come home. I'll have some baby leos to look forward to.
