what is this?

Hi,

I bought a lizard from the pet store, and they called it a brown ameiva, I've never heard of a brown amieva before, so I'm thinking they misnamed it. However, I am pretty sure it's some type of amieva. It's about 6" long from head to tail, it has a white line down it's back and on either side of the line it has dark green blotches. I am almost sure it is a juvinile, because they said it gets 15 to 24 inches long. I have no picture.

Thanks,
(ACE)
