how many mealworms a day?

I have had my leo for some time now, and he/she is full grown, and i want to fatten it up a bit. would it be ok for me to give it 10 of those mealworms a day, or is that too much. what is the max # of worms a day, when is it best to feed them (morning, noon, night) and can you please also give me some info about feeding leos pinky mice. thanks
