Legality of Alligator Snappers in Colorado

I am a resident of Colorado, and want to know if these turtles are legal. IE
Are they legal to buy instate?
Are they legal to sell instate?
Are they legal to buy out of state?
Are they even legal to simple own?

If you know the answer to these questions, please tell. The pet stores here are ignorant and will sell "hot" reptiles with no care. If you kno where i can get these answers, or who to call, please tell.

they are legal to own if you have a liscence
you can buy them out of state from a liscenced breeder
