Housing cresties and gargoyles together

Has anyone here housed cresties and gargoyles together? just curious...

You can, but Gargoyles are known to be more agressive and have a propensity for eating the tails of and fighting with their cage mates. If you don't mind having your Crested Gecko lose its tail (which is perfectly natural and happens more often than not in the wild), it can be done.

This subject is covered fairly extensively in the new Rhacodactylus book (available at GiantGeckos.com, Reptile Depot, etc.) for all kinds of info about it.
