>>I was just wondering how to produce albino cal kingsnakes like I have an Albino male and A het albino Female what will the babies come out like? also was wondering if I bred my het albino to a regular cal king what would the babies look like? Thanks for your help

HI Wayne,
First of all, there are two types of albino cal kings, so if you were to breed even one of those albinos X the other kind, all the babies would look normal. Assuming you have a visual (homozygous) albino and a het of the same kind, if you breed them together half the babies will be albinos (over a large statistical sample) and half will be hets. If you breed a het x a "normal" all the babies will look like normals. Half will be hets, but there will be no way for you to tell without test-breeding them.
if you want to know more, and to know some of the "why" instead of just the cut-and-dry answers above, you might want to read my genetics page at:

if you find things there that confuse you please let me know--there's an email form on the site--so I can improve it.
