You might want to reference your local G&F regs. Just a hunch here, but I'm willing to bet your local G&F warden is going to frown upon your efforts to collect a Gila.
I believe you're the same individual that was recently inquiring about incubators for crotalids, correct? A little more research in husbandry as well as collecting regulations may prove beneficial in your future endeavours.

I saw this post earlier this afternoon and I was going to suggest the road between Hillside and Bagdad Az. for Gilas(we all know there are some really fat healthy animals to be found there, lol.) Then suggest that since G&F likes to keep records of the numbers caught he should take it by the Greenway office and ask for Ray Kohls. Then I opted against it just incase the guy is for real. I would feel bad if I thought I was responding to a troll and later found out some poor kid took it all in good faith and got in trouble.

You read my mind, but I would've felt bad too if he turned out to be a kid! lol
Between the incubator and the Gila, I really have to wonder if this guy is for real, or is an out of work comic!?!?

Maybe he needs the incubator for when he breeds the Gila to the Sidewinder. Anyway I agree it is better to set a well meaning but ignorant kid on the right path than to set him up to get into trouble. But if he is old enough to go out and collect such species then he is probably old enough to be held responsible.
