Where do i go to make my own signature and how do i post a pic without a URL image link?

Just click on the User Prefs button, and you can change your preferences and make a signature. Use the (Tools and Toys)button to add links, smileys, etc.

Click on the [ User Prefs ] link just above the title of this post and at the bottom of that page you can make your signature.
You will need to add your pictures to Kingsnakes gallery if you don't have any other way to get your pictures on the web. Then you can go to the bottom of the page where you type in your post and just select your image from the gallery.
