pacman not eating!!

My pacman is not eating. he's a baby still about 3 inches but he is changing his coloration a little and he hasnt eaten for tow weeks. I've tried using a feeding liquid that builds appetite but it doesnt work. What can i do! I dont think its parasites and before even his fasting he'd eat alot of crickets. What can i do?
