On average how many will they lay?

I have had them lay anywhere from 6 to 15 eggs with the average being 10 to 12.

11-14 eggs each time and she always double clutches. I usually get 1 or 2 slugs at each laying. she is not a very big snake by any means. she is probably just at 30" but she is a real chow hound on rat fuzzies.

It depends on the size of the female.
I have a full grown proven female around 7 years old and she has laid 12 eggs for the last 3 years with no slugs. Last year I had a first year breeder (3 years old) lay only 7 eggs. I guess you can say anywhere between 5 to 15. I have never heard of more than 15 eggs being layed by a mexicana.
