How do I go about getting a dangerous animal liscense, and do you know if they are available in every state? Any help you could send my way would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

im in scotland, united kingdom..so its same here no matter if your in england, scotland,or wales..we got a liscense system brought in on 1976..(i think) it was to stop people keeping big cats..now they stick every animal with teeth on it..lol..dunno about over in usa...but here its very very very difficult...i first applied 16 years ago....and only got it 2 years ago...so that kinda tells you the difficulty...i know its diffrent each state there mate..and im pretty sure you cant keep them in the citys...alot of people just get these type animals without a liscence...i personaly never as the animal costs alot of money as does the upkeep..food vets etc..then you have got enclosures electricity etc...imagine paying all that then some snotty nose ass comes and takes your animal away..your down thousands.or even worse your croc bites someone even if not your fault....over here its the same for all countrys in united kingdom, they dont want to give you a liscence..but if you persist with these officials and meet everything they ask of you eventually they must give you it...so good luck mate

Hey man, thanks alot for the info, I will deffiletly start looking into it. It's not so much that I want a Croc as I don't want someone saying I can't have one, ya know. I would love to see some pictures if ya get a chance sometime. Hang in there.
