Ok, I'm in love! My preference in color is the normal, from what I've seen and read... (purple/lavendar?)

CrittersMailToo Mar 27, 2004 12:44 AM

or maybe the pastels..?

I want to keep as much purple in my leo as possible, which one should I get to have the better chance?

LOL, just my preference so no nasty posts, but I think the craze with oranges and tangerines, etc. are nuts! The normal leos are too beautiful to change (IMHO, of course).

At any rate, please let me know if it's possible to even KNOW if a leo will keep the purple coloration.

Thanks,
The Mom half

With what I've seen as my geckos have grown, most of the purple disperses into the yellow or black areas. Yet, I do not own a pastel. Visit VMSHERP.com, and look at their leopard geckos, they have some pastels -- I think.

Normals are the most beautiful morph im my opinion, i love normals, lol they're obviously my favorite morph, the high yellow lavender or normal.lavender morphs are known to keep most of their lavender/greyish coloration i think thegeckoranch.com has some

Nice to see someone else like the normals, though I can understand from a breeder's point of view in liking the other phases.

Thanks for the link; I've looked that one over a lot and that one is a possibility!
