i fed him a gold fish and a hopper mouse last thursday, how long should i wate till i feed him agian?, i was thinking feed him like a boy wate till he poops and then fed him agian is this wrong?

That is far too much fat. Goldfish and mice two of the most fatty foods you can feed a frog. I would wait a week or two anyway, but come back in with invertebrates. A diet of fish and mice is sure to wear your frog down sooner or later.
