I agree that both herpnutrition products & MinerAll products are good. But a)both are too frequently over done. I don't use them more than once every couple of weeks; and b)the two products are different. Minerall contains only minerals (although the "indoor" formula also contains Vit D3. The herpnutrition products contain both vitamins & minerals.
