do any of you guys hava one of those exo terra half rock thigs as a hide for your gecko? it works great for a hide on the cool side of the tank, but its hard to get the leo out. usually it ends up with me dumping her on my hand. if anyone has this, how do you get your leo out?

I agree that it is very hard to get my gals out of that house! Normally I kinda knock them out, or poke them until they run/jump out. Nah it's not a stupid question, it's just a very odd one. Hope I helped

When I had my leo he never came out of the exoterra cave, he absolutely loved it. He never bit me so I usually just put my hand in and gently grabbed him. I suppose I have the large size, if you have a smaller one I would imagine this would be more difficult.

I have had a real problem with cleaning mine, has anyone else had this problem. It takes in water within tiny holes which doesn't allow it to drain out. It has taken weeks to evaporate and gives off a funky smell.
