Its usually a bacterial infection most likely due to water quality. I have learned this first hand...
You have two options, well thats my opinion. Go to your herp vet and get some antibiotic cream for the eyes. Or try what I did and get him into a quarantine tank with dechlorinated water (do this by leaving the water outside, if you know what I mean) then change the water as much as possible. I did this and in a week his eyes were normal and he started eating.
Good luck, and remember he can't eat if he can't se so get to work.

well she eats great and acts completely normal its just that her eyes look a little swollen
