What a beauty!!! I'm so jealous, I have been looking for a female Rainbow for almost a year and have not come across one. Where did you get her and did they have any more? My boy Kito is looking for a long time committment...

Thank you's for the comments!

I'm not sure if she is wildcaught or captive bred. She is about 2 1/2-3 yrs old, and I'm still trying to come up with a name for her. I got her at my local lfs. She has been there for just over 2yrs. They ordered her in when she was small, and now she's about 11-12inches. She's lived at the store the entire time. I picked her up for 150$ CDN, which I have no idea if its a good price or not. She was selling at 298$, but they know me, and was glad she was going to go to a nice home, so they slashed the price

I'm so happy for you and for her! At least you know if she was at the pet shop for that long and grew that they were doing something right. The least expensive that I have seen advertised in the States is around $150 plus shipping, but, every time I find one and call, they are sold. I guess I will just have to keep looking. Good luck naming her and keep posting pictures. Thanks for the reply.
