feeding schedule

What is a good feeding schedule for a ball python other than once a week? Which is easier to care for, a male or a female, or does it matter? Also, what is a good age python to buy, or does it matter?

Feed young BPs once every 5-7 days and adults once every 7-10 days.

No difference in care between males and females - they all have their own personalities.

What age really depends on your own preference.

Most important is to buy captive breed from a reputable source and make sure it is feeding (ask to see it eat). Best if already eating frozen/thawed.
