At least I think thats what its called.Whenever my uro is getting salt out of his nose he always puffs his throat in and out and keeps opening and closing his clear eyelid ( name? ).Does anyone elses uro do this?

They all do it 
Thats how they eliminate the excess salt from their body, through their nose, they sneeze it, ususally see it all over the glass also !!
Very normal !
