I have an e-mail off to them - waiting for a reply, but last I heard they didn't have any either. Kevin at DD has hets, but I want a full male. Any others that you know of?
I have several hets I have bred and a super-nice pair of hypo x leucistics from Dachius that will be breeding this fall, as well. Some pure leucistics should result from these pairings. Other than that, I don't know of anyone else with pure leus. You may want to post a WANTED AD on here and see if anything comes up?
Last time I heard, the leucistics being sold over the last couple of years are not true leucistics. I was told by a VERY RELIABLE source that they proved the maketed leucs are just like fancy snows. I would be highly peeved if I would have paid the 600 dollars for one just to find out it was a sham. This may cause a fight, but I completely trust the person who told this to me, and doubt they would lie.

Okay...we've gone round and round about this, and I really don't want to debate it anymore. Whether or not they are leucistics in the pure genetic/albinic terminology or just a fancy recessive white trait doesn't matter. They are beautiful, and from my research more than a snow. When you breed a snow to any other animal you get an integradation of their colors - and when you breed offspring of snow crosses you don't get colors and pure snows, as you would in a true heterozygous situation. You do get "leucistics" when you breed "leucistic" crosses - a true heterozygous situation. So, whether or not they are actually the pure leucistic or not, there is some genetic recessive trait there - and it is just as desireable in my opinion. Semantics....

P.S. I still would like to know if anyone out there is breeding them!
Saw a really nice Leuistic crocodile on Crocodile Hunter Live the other day...now I know what this genetic trait looks like. Quite striking!! SOrry don't know of any breeders of this color morph other than the ones already mentioned. Don't know if there ever were any Leuistic dragons or not...nor any way to prove or disprove either claims without having a DNA test.
If I hear of any leuistic dragons for sale I will let you know.
