Quick someone! I need advice NOW!!

My second egg is hatching, I thought it was already out when I opened the incubator but she is still in the egg with just her nose peeking out, How long does this take? Should she be out already? Do we as their human overseers help them with this or leave them to nature? I'm worried about her, please someone tell me what to do?????

let her do her thing. sometimes it takes them a little while. if you help, you could end up tearing her umbilical cord and it could only do more damage than good.

sit back, breathe, and relax. things should go just fine.
