my female vieled chameleon has bumps on her snout got her that way a few months ago she's healthy every other way but that i thought that she might of had a sinus infection but it hasn't gone down any since i got her anybody know what it might be?

I am also new to chameleons; I have a pair of veileds at 4 1/2 months, and my fermale has developed small bumps on the snout too.(looks like the nostrils are slighly raised from the nose,right?) she has looked like this for about three weeks, and i have seen no sighns of there being a problem at all.
