depending on age you are better off with veggies and pellets. A good varied diet of veggies and supplements and you will have that step clear in the health area.
Can they be fed the frozen mixed vegetables? They would definatly be cooked though.
I have always been told and have used a wide varity of vegetables along with the insects. It completes the dragons diet and assures you that your dragons get everything they need nutritionaly. I have never used frozen vegetables and proabaly never will. I prefer fresh vegeatables from the store or my local farmers market. When I had a small # of dragons I used to go to the grocery store and hit up the salad bar. They always have a spring mix and a large variety of fruits and vegetables. Grabbin a little of this and a little of that was cheap and I never had to throw out large heads of lettuce and stuff due to me not using it fast enough. It was just a little short cut I used to get what I wanted and needed without having to buy a whole head or pieces of fruit. Maybe that could work for you a bit better too!?!?

No, they eat mostly leafy veggies, like dandelion or mustard greens, which don't come frozen. I buy mine a spring mix salad every few days, plus over things that I have around the house.
