Has anyone here ever seen a boa regurge feces????????? (more)

Slimmerman Mar 30, 2004 10:15 AM

I've seen boas regurge, and it's smelly and not so pretty. What happened to my new girl, is she appeared to regurgitate what looked like feces. she ate a week prior to this, I'm not entirely sure what to make of this, it was completely odourless also. Could anyone help me identify what this matter might be and if their are any precautions I should take. (please note that everything about her enclosure environment is text book, temp. gradiance, humidity, stress, I've covered all aspects. Thanks in advance for your input.

did you actually see this come up and out of her mouth?

they can poop early when they don't absorb all the potential nutrients from the prey item and it can look halfway in between poop and regurge...
this can also be for a reason, meaning, something can be wrong in its care/enviorment.

yeah, I saw it coming out of her mouth, I guess I'll treat this as an average regurgitating matter.
