Well does your tutle have a plastron that is flat or concave? Because with those red eyes it makes me think it might be a male. Let us know.

I have a female that looks similar to the one in the picture. My turtle's eyes are acutally redder than the one pictured. I am positive mine is a female, as she laid eggs a few weeks ago.
I too have 2 red eyed females. If the cloaca is in female position and she's got a flat plastron, I'd the eyes are not a good indication of sex. She looks like one of my red-eyed girls. My girl is bright as a male so I was always on the fence about her sex until she laid 3 huge eggs this season.
I think you have a girl.

Looks like a pretty and healthy gal. One of my three-toed females is named Athena (our three-toeds have a grecko-roman naming theme)
