SEXING OF AN AMERICAN TOAD

im not sure if my 1 toad is a girl or a boy ill post pics soon but is there any marks that will make out a boy from a girl.

Hi Brandon,

Male American toads can be told apart from females by their smaller adult size. A male toad will call and their vocal sack will turn a darker color during breeding season. Mine often wakes me up around 4 in the morning with his loud trill, I have to get that cage out of my bedroom.
