feeding and maintaining brown burmese mountain tortoise

I just acquired a small wild caught burmese mountain tortoise.So far it will only feed on bananas and apples and a little bit of romaine lettuce.Any suggestions on food and proper temperature range would be helpful.

There is an excellent Asian chelonian list at groups.yahoo.com - log into Yahoo Groups and do a search for "Asian Turtle Crisis". Many of the members there own mountan tortoises, and there are several vets on the group.
