It happens, is it coming out of its "butt"?

if you dont get it to a vet within a few hours it will die. to be honest you will be lucky if it even lives. there was a cat on emergency vets that had that problem and even with surgury she died.

It may be it's yolk sack. Occasionally, hatchlings are born with their yolk sack still attached, and it will eventually come off. If it is pinkish in color and has yellow insude, and is attatched on the baby's tummy where a belly-button would be, then that's what it is. Keep it warms on a moist (not wet) paper towel until it comes off.
