Substrate!......What do you use?

Just trying to find new ideas for substrate for burrowing and such...manually made/mixed or whatnot....just looking for idea.

i use ground up cocanut husk it comes in a compressed brick u just add water and it exspands and becomes a lot of substrate and covers a lot of are ....thats just what i use
