Pics of my Super Sized Rack I built last week!!

Hi Everyone,

Below are some pics of my SUPER SIZE rack that built last week

I ordered the tubs from reptiletubs.com, and they are approximately 52Lx20Wx12H. I was going to design the rack so the tubs pulled out "width-wise." Unfortunately, due to the length of the pine boards, they tended to flex to much. Instead the tubs pull out "length-wise." It worked out PERFECTLY!

The top pine board is 6 feet in length so that I can accomomodate a couple of 6 foot cages (4 footers in the pics).

The rack is heated using flexwatt, and I used rope light along the back. The boards are either painted with rust-o-leum brand paint, or polyuethrene.

Good job. Leaving the 6 ft board was a smart idea. It gives you alot of options! Congrats on a job well done. Hey, how long did it take for the tubs to come in, and how much did they charge you for shipping? just curious.....
