It is possible to get just one egg especially if its the females 1st time. I got my 1st eggs on Tuesday and they were on seperate sides of the tank in seperate hide boxes gently give a look threw the subtrate might just find a second one.

Check the gecko's belly. If there is still an egg visible, watch her closely to make sure she lays it within the next week or so. If not she may become eggbound. Make sure she gets plenty of calcium and if she doesn't lay soon, soak her in lukewarm water once a day to help her get things worked out.
