under 12 months daily veggies/greens and daily crickets(a couple of times per day bugs if under 8 months), 12-18 months bugs every other day, greens veggies every day of course....by 24 months mine are down to bugs 1-2 times per week with greens and veggies every day....
Yep, it's fine to leave the greens, veggies available.....I put some ice cubes in the dish bottom to keep it fresher longer if I'm not going to be around to add fresh ones during the day...

Tracey, I have been doing this for over 10 years and never heard of ice cubes in the food bowl, That is such a GREAT idea. I am going to try it tomorrow, WOW.
Any other tricks up your sleeve? Thanks so much for that tip.
BTW, have any of your dragons gotten there tongue stuck to the ice?

with a dragon licking the cube and getting stuck. That would make a great picture. I would feel for the dragon though. Too funny.

Thank you for the ice cube idea!!!
I just got my order in from an Internet vendor, premiumcrickets.com and out of 1,000 crickets they were ALL alive!!! Perhaps I went overboard ordering so many for 2 dragons but they ate quite a few for dinner. The cricket house (a 25 gallon acrylic tank) is all set up with the crickets doing well.
