My friend found this snake in his yard. He sent the pics to me thinking it was a corn. I'm pretty sure it's not, well actually, I'm dang near positive it's not. But what do you think? Whatever it is it's a beauty!

He did say in person the back is a bit more brownish. That belly is KILLER!

Looks like a mud snake to me.
an animal thought to be extripated in our state of Indiana.
very pretty animal.

Thanks, I knew people in here would know.

Now I'm even thinking of getting some like him. That belly is unreal, and it said the iris is red, must find a close up eye pic! lol
