My beardie has alot of shed on his tail and it was constricting it so i went to get it off and i was rubbing a Q-tip(after a bath and the q tip was wet) against the grain of his scales and it appears he is bleeding now. One should I put anything on his tail and two how should i get the shed off?

Use some triple antibiotic ointment on the irritated area....apply mineral oil to the unshed area a couple of times per day and gently massage....

Triple antibiotic like Neosporin? Thats all I have.

Sorry but my dad said olive oil is like mineral oil if so can I use it if not what else can I use instead if anything?
