unicolor eggs

steve fuller Mar 31, 2004 08:36 PM

Twelve unicolor eggs arrived this evening. Took mother about 7 hours to lay entire clutch. All look good, but are smaller than Eastern or Texas eggs. Mother is just under 5 ft. and will be two years old in June. Her last shed was March 9. Male ("Fat Bastard", the most personable and mild-tempered Drymarchon here) is just over six ft. Thanks for good hatchlings, Dan. I have some good photos in the camera, but a gremlin in the software. Will try to get photo up this weekend.
