I finally got some good eggs from my red auratus!!!!! Man this is going to be a great weekend! I will get a picture of the eggs when I get back from IAD, but here is a picture of the female.

the eggs are from the rare d. auratus plasticus right. you could probably sell them for what....100.00 per egg.
hopefully i will be able to say at least hi at iad. i will be one buying frogs there.

Wow Ben, congradulations. I didn't know that those were even in collections in the United States (you are in the US, right?). I've been keeping dart frogs on and off for 6 years now and try to keep in touch with many of the breeders out there but I have never seen the red auratus offered anywhere except for Europe. If you don't mind me asking, how much did those run? You can contact me off the board if you'd like. Good luck with those eggs, thanks for the beautiful picture,

Sorry everyone this was an April Fools joke.
The frog was modified in Photoshop. I have seen a few jokes in the past few years, so had to jump on it this time.
