Easy answer what would you rather do starve or eat a mealworm/crix?
I'd take all food from the leos cage for 2-3 days and then try reintroducing mealworms. Eventually her hunger will over come the need for waxworms and she'll eat again. I made this mistake when I 1st got my leos and one of them became an addict.
I've heard of this method working from a few diffrent people.
hahaha,
no but geckos arent stupid. When they are hungry, they will eat. I know this sounds harsh, but starve your gecko and dont give it another waxworm, only leave mealworms or crickets available. Eventually, the gecko will eat because they would rather eat something that tastes bad, then starve.
