Well my girl laid a clutch of eggs March 1st. I gave her sometime off, and since it's her first year, I was going to stop with her breeding this year. Well, she used her special magic (yes I know they can retain sperm), and she's gravid again. I am excited, and her weight is good enough for her to make it through this egging no problem, but she only has one egg. I am 100% positive that she only has one egg. This will be her 4th cluth I believe, so I'm thinking since it's her first time using her 'powers' that maybe she only formed one egg. I'm not concerned, just curious. Drop me a line.

She may have another one, I had a female I couldn't always see both on. and they do sometimes lay only one.
They also usually keep laying even without being exposed to the male again.
Two of my females are on thier sixth clutch after only being with the male one night 2 weeks before the first cluch.
