Where is this snake from? It looks like a possible Regal Ringneck.

But from those pics I can't even tell if it has a neck ring, if it doesn't that's a dead giveaway simply because Regal ringnecks and Key Ringnecks are the only SSP that either have full neck rings or no neck rings.
