Just wanted to share an experience I had the other day. I was letting my dragon free roam, when he walked into my parents’ room with a floor to ceiling mirror. He was walking passed it when he noticed something, then he stopped puffed out his beard that had turned pitch black and froze. About 3 seconds later he started bobbing his head violently, then froze again. About 3 seconds after that, he charged the mirror. He was very scared, and it was very hard to pick him up. Just a heads up (lol).
This part might be better in the cage building forum, but I'm sure a lot of people here are interested in making neat homes. In my search to find some material to build cage backgrounds, I came across something called hypertufa. It's basically Portland cement mixed with sand and vermiculite. It's much lighter than concrete and easy to mold. I was thinking this would make a great substance for custom rocks and back ground. Has anyone ever experimented with it? If not, what do you use to make those back grounds? How would you seal something were animals might taste everything?
Thank you
Tim
