P. sebae - Skin Problems

Noticed something on one of my younger Rock Pythons earlier that really caught my attention. It looks like small water blisters in a couple spots on her head, and a few elsewhere as well. They're clear, and seem to be soft, any ideas?

This sounds like it may be an alergy. About 25 years ago I had a female burmese that would break out in water blisters all over her body if I allowed her to soak for any extended period of time. It was very strange and I have never seen it since, so I assume it is rare whatever it may be but it seems clear that she had some odd form of a topical alergy to water. These multiple little blisters were always under her scales lifting them drastically. If the blisters on your rock encompass multiple scales in a relatively larger area it may be a burn. Is it possible that she might have touched something very hot like a bulb?

Couldnt be from a bulb, she's in a rubbermaid. I think I figured it out though, had her on newspaper, and she had dumped her water in there several times, so I figure it was from the several spells of excess moisture on the newspaper, I dried out her container, and put her on aspen, they seem to be retracting already, after not even a full day. Thanks for the tips

Well, the blisters themselves have subsided, but, in the areas that they were, the skin has an appearance almost like areas that have had ticks attached, I looked her over for external parasites, and came up with nothing, also, one of her eyes is looking horrible, it looks the same as when there has been several eyecaps retained, but she hasnt shed since this started, I'm at a real loss as to whats going on. Ideas? Suggestions?
