anyone know anything about it? i am interested in trying to breed these guys to get some cool looking morphs, but i dont know how the patterns are genetically when determining possible phenotypes of offspring. i have heard you can have dull adults that make crazy colored offspring and ive also heard that nicely colored adults can produce dull babies. another question- is the dalmation pattern a dominant trait? i am wondering because a friend of mine has a female she got from the same breeder i got my male from at the same time. dont wanna try to cross them if theres a chance of inbreeding. thing is, hers is more of a solid red for the most part with a few dalmation spots. mine is the nice orange flame, with no dalmation. is it possible they are from the same parents?
