mites on my fruit flys

hello this is the first time i ever had mites on and in my containers of fruit flys. how do i get rid of them and can they hurt my darts or geckos. it is also the first time i ever made my own meduim, is their some kind of connection .thanks

I forgot a few things what can i clean the area around my darts and geckos with and how hard is it going to be to get rid of these mites I threw away my old containers and all my cultures ,any other tips will be greatly appriciated. I like the best for my collection .thanks
