definitely not. Most tomato frogs are wild caught, from Madagascar. They could have potential pathogens and parasites that could endanger the animal's health. If they were captive born, it may be possible. But its possible that the bright red coloration in a tomato frog could mean they secrete a noxious substance that could harm your dumpies if they sat on it by accident, much like you shouldn't keep firebellied toads or pickerel frogs with other amphibians.

According to a TV show I saw (hey, it looked like it knew what it was talking about...) tomato frogs are pretty toxic. So they'd probably take out other kinds of frogs sooner or later.

You can see their toxin if you have ever held one. When I use to clean the cage of mine, it would ooze a thick, white goo which was much like glue. Supposedly is toxic and will gum up the mouth of predators. I don't know what effect it would have on other frogs, but cross toxicity is definitely a concern.
