I have personally seen these racks. They don't get much better.
I think he ships everything he builds so it's worth a look. Plus, his prices
are so low that even if you add shipping, it's a good deal. His stuff is very well built.

About a 5 hour drive from Cleveland and he's at the the Indy area herp show every month. If that's not possible he does ship.
Jason's racks are outstanding. I've seen products from about four of the various plastic rack manufacturers and his were the best by far. Using the 1/2" material helps a lot - his racks are very straight and true.
Also if you pick them up in person he may build them to a different size (height) for you since shipping restrictions will no longer be applicable.
I'm not affiliated with Jason in any way nor do I use any of his products. I don't keep any species suitable for his size racks. But he's who I'd use if I did and needed a lightweight rack system.
hi....if you cannot find the rack builder your looking for and want to save some bucks, you could have a local cabinet shop build a rack and you can install flex watt yourself.cabinet shops are totally equipped to build racks.i've had two built this way with good results.
There used to be a guy in Cleveland that built racks from melamine and he advertised here on kingsnake. But I haven't seen him advertise in a long time so I'm assuming he doesn't build them anymore. I bought some from him and his workmanship was awesome. I'll check to see if I don't still have his contact info. But the best thing to do in my opinion is either build your own out of melamine, if you have time... or buy plastic racks from one of the many reputable dealers.
Here's a guy close to Cleveland (in Toledo) that has some racks for sale...here's the link

Maybe that will help some!
