Both dalmatian lines (red and orange/yellow) that I'm working with have those too. One of the females from the red line is actually a chocolate brown with a red tint and she has tons of those red spots.

Anthony, On your babies can you tell if they are going to be "liverspotted" or do the spots tend to develop later? -Derek

It shows up fairly early on, depending on the background color of the animal. The liverspots show up best on lighter animals and worst (obviously) on the reds. In fact, the only time I see it on the reds is when they're stressed and turn grey or tan.
