This should be interesting

Don't you think? A Creamsicle Stripe X Caramel - Poss. het Butter and Stripe.
The actual reason for this breeding is to prove out the Caramel to see if she is het for both Stripe and Amelanistic. However, it will be interesting to see how the Creamsicle ( Emoryi ) blood effects the caramel line.

I thought I remembered reading a while back that you got out of corns. Is this not true?

I always had you marked down in my "breeders to contact" book for future additions and was disappointed to hear that I had missed out.

Nice Caramel by the way.

Hi Amanda,
It is true, I did get out.
I was maintaining a collection of 300 plus snakes and on top of that mice and rats. It just got to be way to much to handle by myself. It took all my time and time away from my family and other things I used to enjoy doing.

I was also getting to the point of aggravation, so before I started to hate something that I loved so much, I decided to take a much needed break.

However, I was also starting to miss the critters alot. I was able to get back a handful of my snakes, which most were new projects that I started before I got out, so I'm back in action maintianing a low scale ( 35 ), but high end collection again.

The work load is much easier now. Not so time consuming and I have time to do other things. I'm back to where I was 10 years ago when I started breeding, happy and enjoying something I love so much, breeding the best species in the world, CORN SNAKES !!!

BTW, thanks for the compliment on the Caramel.

It's great to see you at it again. I've really enjoyed seeing the pictures you post. You have or had some of the most amazing snakes I've ever seen. I'm looking foward to see how this project pans out. It should indeed be very interesting. Jim

Hi Jim,
Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad to be back in action. I'll have some interesting things in the next couple of seasons and hopefully a few things this year as well.

I'll be posting more often, so keep your eyes open.

Walter
