i was wondering if i should be spraying my beardie eggs every once in a while or i should just let them sit there. I have the canals at the bottom of incubator filled. The temperature is 80-84 degrees. thanks

Just let them sit there. If they start to get too dry they will dent. I don't like the little channels in the bottom, so I keep a small dish of water on the rack, it's easier to see if it needs refilled or not. If you still can't get the humidity up enough spray the vermiculite but not the eggs themselves.
